Ian has been involved in sport most of his life. He qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2008 and started CrossFit in 2011. He has lived and breathed CrossFit since 2011 never missing a workout. He loves coaching and is continuously studying to improve his knowledge of human movement.
He enjoys lifting weights, running, swimming, biking and climbing ropes.
