1: Sled Push 50m (5m = 1rep)

2: OH Plate Lunge 20/15 50m (5m= 1 rep)

3: Deadlifts 80/55

4: T2B

5: Burpees

6: Taters 24/16

7: Alternating Box Jumps

8: KB Swings 24/16

9: 50m Sprints 5 reps per sprint.
