Overhead Squats (dowel) x 10

KB Swings x 10

Lat Activation Pull Ups x 10


Bench Press (5 x 4 e2m @ 75%)

Back Squat (5 x 4 e2m work to 75% pause 2 sec at bottom)

Pull-ups (5 x 5 e2m add weight)
