Squat Snatch (5 x 5 increase weight keeping consistent technique)


Sahara (AMRAP – Reps)

Every minute on the minute for max rounds

5x push ups

10 Double Crunch

Each minute thereafter add 1 rep to the push-up, continue until failure. Score is number of push ups in final completed round.
