Rest exactly 3 minutes, and then . . .

Complete rounds of

50, 40, 30, 20 and 10 reps for time of:

Thruster (40/25 kg)

Box Jumps (24″/20″)

Scaling: KB swings scale weight

Pull Ups substitute Ring Rows

Thrusters – reduce weight
