Teams of 3 – 2 work during rounds

2 rounds for time

Wall Balls x 75

Weighted Box Step Ups x 75

Burpees x 75

KB Swings x 75

KTE x 75

After each set select one of the following (different each time)

1: Sand Bag Cleans x 6

2: Farmer Carry 50m x 3

3: Tyre Flip x 6

4: Rope Climbs x 3 or Peg Board Accent x 3 (1 each)

5: Sprints 100m x 6

6: Sled Push 50m x 3

7: GHD SUs
