DB Single Arm Thruster – 100 ( don’t drop Dumbell)

Med Ball Run 400m

Pull Ups x 80

Sit Up x 100 (Partner 2 to plank for reps to count)

HSPU x 50 or 3 wall walks = 5 HSPUs

Rope Climb x 4
